TD TRAVEL REWARDS

Every purchase you make with your travel or rewards TD credit card earns you points. You can redeem the points towards travel, merchandise, gift cards, cash credit to your account or even education credits that you can use towards tuition or student loan. As with most other programs, the best value for your points is usually travel.

Travel arrangements are made through Expedia for TD or via the Book Any Way Option.

  • The Expedia option allows you to redeem your points to pay for all or part of your trip, get up to 9 points/$1 spent with your Card online through ExpediaForTD.com, and get Expedia’s Best Price Guarantee. You can trade 10,000 TD rewards for $50 towards travel (0.5 cent per point).
  • Using the Book Any Way Option, 250 points = $1 (0.4 cent per point) in travel savings for the first $1,200; and 200 points = $1 in travel savings for any amount that is >$1,200 for the same redemption request.

A serious drawback of the TD program is that you can not transfer points to/from other programs.
